Refund & Warranty Policy

At I.L. Boats Refinishing Corp, we take pride in delivering high-quality marine refinishing and restoration services. Our commitment to excellence includes a limited warranty on certain services, as detailed below.
 

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on workmanship only for the specific service performed, such as fiberglass repairs, caulking, teak restoration, or painting. This warranty covers defects in labor or material that may arise under normal conditions of use and maintenance.

For example, if the service provided was fiberglass restoration, the warranty applies exclusively to that area and scope of work.
 

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, impact, improper handling, or misuse.

• Normal wear and tear, environmental exposure (sun, saltwater), or owner neglect.

• Services not directly performed by I.L. Boats Refinishing Corp.

• Any polishing and waxing services, which are cosmetic and short-term by nature and are not covered under warranty.
   

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed and accepted by the client. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and professionally under the terms of the warranty described above.
 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To report a warranty issue, please contact us within the warranty period with a detailed description and photos of the issue. We reserve the right to inspect the vessel in person before determining the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, adjustment, or no action if the issue falls outside the warranty scope.
